A: My office is located in Redmond, Washington, but my services are not geographically bound. I am are willing to travel for a session or event. Please note that depending on the location of the shoot, travel costs may apply.

A: Booking a session is straightforward. You can do so directly through my website, or by contacting me via email. We'll discuss your requirements and schedule a session at a mutually convenient time and location.


Pricing and Payment
Q4: How much do your photography services cost?
A: The cost of my photography services varies depending on the type of shoot, its duration, location, and additional services required.

Q5: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: For your convenience, I accept various payment methods including most major credit cards, cash, and electronic transfers. Full payment details will be provided upon booking.


During the Shoot
Q6: How long does a typical photo session last?
A: The length of a photo session can vary based on the type of photography. For instance, portrait sessions typically last 1-2 hours, whereas events or weddings may take several hours. I ensure that we have ample time to capture high-quality images that meet your expectations.

Q7: What should I wear or bring to the photo shoot?
A: We recommend clients wear clothing in which they feel comfortable and confident. If there are specific props or items you wish to include in the shoot, please feel free to bring them along.


After the Shoot
Q8: How long does it take to receive my photos after the session?
A: On average, clients receive their edited photos within 2-4 weeks after the session. Please note that this time-frame may vary during busy periods. Rest assured, we prioritize delivering your photos as soon as possible without compromising on quality.

Q9: How will I receive my photos?
A: I will deliver your photos via an online gallery, from where they can be conveniently downloaded. If you prefer a different method of delivery, please inform me.

Q10: Can I order prints through you?
A: Yes. I provide high-quality printing options.

Q11: What if I need to reschedule or cancel my session?
A: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. If you need to reschedule or cancel, kindly inform me as soon as possible. Please note that deposits may not be refundable depending on the cancellation notice period.


Rights and Usage
Q12: Do I own the copyright to my images?
A: As the photographer, I retain the copyright to the images. However, you will be granted a license to use and share your images for personal use. If you require the images for commercial purposes, I would be happy to discuss that with you.

Q13: Will my photos be shared on your website or social media?
A: I occasionally share some of my work on my website and social media platforms. However, I respect your privacy. If you do not wish for your images to be shared, kindly inform me.


Editing and Retouching
Q14: Are all the photos retouched or edited?
A: Yes, all delivered photos will undergo professional editing which includes color correction, exposure adjustment, selective sharpening, and minor blemish removal if necessary.

Q15: Do you offer extensive retouching or photo manipulation?
A: My philosophy is to capture authentic and natural photos. While we include minor retouching as part of our process, extensive retouching or manipulation services can be provided at an additional cost.

File Format and Resolution
Q16: What resolution and format will the final images be?
A: The final images will be delivered in high-resolution JPEG format, suitable for both printing and online sharing. If you require other formats or resolutions, please inform me.


Backup and Storage
Q17: How long do you keep the photos after the session?
A: I maintain backup copies of your photos for one year post-session. If you require access to them after this period, please let me know.
